Ordering your perfect cake is simple! Just follow these easy steps:

1. Reach Out:

DM us on Instagram (@dt_deelicioustreats) or email us at dee-licioustreats@outlook.com with the following details:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Collection Date

• Preferred Collection Time: 

MONDAY & TUESDAY

5:00 to 6:00 PM

...............OR................

WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY

12:00 to 1:00 pM or 5:00 to 6:00 PM

...............OR................

Saturday & Sunday

11:00 to 12:00 PM

• Cake Design (If you have a design in mind, please send inspiration pictures. If you’d like a custom topper, let us know what it should say!)

• Cake Flavour & Additional Flavours (Please see our cake flavour lists - we do take flavour requests, however these do incur an additional charge.)

​

• Allergies / Dietary Requests

 

 

2. Response Time:

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. We appreciate your patience!

​

• Out of Hours Collection: Any collections outside of these times incur a £5 extra charge. Please ensure you arrive on time for your collection. If you’re running late, kindly let us know as soon as possible.

3. Collection Point:

The collection point is in Aldershot. If you miss your collection time, please get in touch to arrange an alternative collection slot.

4. Order Confirmation:

Once your cake is booked in, you’ll be contacted with your order confirmation. After paying your non-refundable deposit, your order will be confirmed!
